Sizing tips for men: The chest is the most important measurement on the sizing chart, if you are in-between sizes, please opt for the larger size. The waist area of the garment can expand one to two sizes up. In some cases, it is best to order two different sizes so you can try them on at home and choose which is best for you. The garments should feel quite snug, but they should also be comfortable prior to surgery.
